Gardenia Mobile Home Owners Association, Inc.

About Us

We are a non-profit organization registered with the State of Florida whose members live in the mobile home and resort sections of Bonita Terra Mobile Home Park, Bonita Springs, FL.  The organization elects directors annually to represent the homeowners to the Park management.  To join, there is an annual membership fee of $15.00.

BULLETIN BOARD

  • MEETINGS: Board meetings are held monthly in person November through April on the first Friday of the month at 8:30 am in the Conference Room. The board meets remotely May through October as needed. General meetings for the membership are held monthly in person November through March (April if needed) on the Tuesday after the first Monday of the month at 3:30 pm in the Clubhouse.


  • CPI: The process of identifying the CPI index used for rent increases for homeowners with a P2 Prospectus continues.  We have met with our attorney and continue to negotiate the wording of the P2 Prospectus change with Murex.

  • FMO is the primary Florida membership organization for manufactured home owners.
