GARDENIA MOBILE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

ABOUT US

We are a non-profit organization registered with the State of Florida whose members live in the mobile home and resort sections of Bonita Terra Mobile Home Park, Bonita Springs, FL.  The organization elects directors annually to represent the homeowners to the Park management.  To join, there is an annual membership fee of $15.00.

BULLETIN BOARD

  • MEETINGS: Board meetings are held monthly in person November through April on the first Friday of the month at 8:30 am in the Conference Room. The board meets remotely May through October as needed. General meetings for the membership are held monthly in person November through March (April if needed) on the Tuesday after the first Monday of the month at 3:30 pm in the Clubhouse.


  • CPI: At the November 2025 General meeting, the membership voted unanimously to change the wording in the P2 Prospectus regarding how the CPI is determined.  The wording will now read, "The initial lot rental amount stated shall be adjusted to reflect increases to the monthly base rent amount based on the most recently published annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) for July, as reported by the United States Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumer (CPI-U, 1982-84=100).  For example, the July 2026 CPI shall be used to calculate any increase to the base rental amount for the 2027 calendar year, the July 2027 CPI shall be used for the 2028 calendar year; and so forth."  The change will go into effect for the 2027 calendar year.
