BULLETIN BOARD

MEETINGS: Board meetings are held monthly in person November through April on the first Friday of the month at 8:30 am in the Conference Room on the right behind the stage in the Royal Palm. The board meets remotely May through October as needed. General meetings for the association are held monthly in person November through March (April if needed) on the Tuesday after the first Friday of the month at 3:30 pm in the Royal Palm.

EVACUATION OF BONITA TERRA: At the April general meeting, the board was asked if there was an evacuation plan for Bonita Terra in case of an emergency. A call was made to Greg DeWitt at the Bonita Grande Fire Department. He communicated that during a mass evacuation of Bonita Terra, the Fire Department would create access from Citrus Blossom and near Turtle Pond to the private road east of the park for cars to exit the park.

FMO was the impetus behind "The Florida Mobile Home Act" which is Florida Statute 723.

FMO is the primary Florida membership organization for manufactured home owners.

FMO retains legal counsel with years of history supporting the rights of manufactured home owners in Florida
